Last week was a tough one. Oklahoma covered easily, which was nice. The futures were full of near-misses: Indiana won in OT, Texas staved off a huge rally from Ole Miss.
Coastal Carolina @ Georgia State (Saturday, 1 PM Central)
Georgia State is one of the most improved teams in the country. I didn’t think they’d win 4 games this year and they already have 4 wins. They are likely down to QB2 here, which is why the line is only 6.5, but I still like it against an awful Coastal Carolina team. Coastal Carolina is barely completing 50% of their passes and their defense has been a sieve.

Colorado State’s defensive struggles this season are well documented- they fired their DC mid-game a few weeks ago. They’ve allowed 59, 56, 66 and 49 points in their last 4 games. Utah State kept things close against a very talented Texas State team last week and should be a bigger favorite here.
